At Last Try Academy, we believe that a mentor is not defined by age, but by skills, discipline, experience, and mindset. Our mentor selection process is designed to ensure that every mentor is capable of guiding students academically, professionally, and personally.
✅ Core Eligibility Requirements
To become a mentor at Last Try Academy, a candidate must meet the following criteria:
🥇 1. Discipline & Leadership Background
- Preference for candidates with experience as an NCC Cadet
- Should demonstrate discipline, leadership, and responsibility
📚 2. Academic & Exam Background
- Must be:
- A Government Exam Aspirant OR
- A Candidate who has cleared Gov Exams OR
- Completed competitive exam prep
- Should have strong understanding of:
- School academics
- Entrance exams
- Government exams
🧠 3. Skill-Based Qualification
- Must possess practical skills, such as:
- Teaching ability
- Communication skills
- Technical skills (Tally, Coding, etc.)
- Problem-solving ability
